Custom Home - "The Montecito"

'The Montecito' is a recent custom home project created for a Second Life client by Nieuport General Contracting. The concept behind this home was a Mediterranean-influenced styling with a freshly modern approach, as is accomplished with the multi-level clay tile roofing, white stucco, dark-stained wood windows and flooring, as well as the use of arches throughout the home and carved Roman column architectural accents. This home features a glass-ceilinged great room, with a full two-story picture window looking out on open ocean. The view from both the inside loft area as well as the covered 2nd story deck is breathtaking. Two glasses of wine, a fine sunset, and a slow dance on the patio overlooking the breaking surf around the cliffs below . . .this is Second Life living at its finest
