Zemuley's World Of Happiness

This was one of the first custom homes designed and built by Nieuport General Contracting. The client was interested in a very open-air home with plenty of light and panoramic views of this beautiful ocean front property, while still affording privacy on the back side of the home. Textures for this piece were created in close consultation with the client who wanted "rough oak" wooden floors and an off-yellow stucco interior and exterior to enhance the open-air design and maximize the light of this lovely home.
