Chanson de la Mer

The 'Chanson de la Mer' was a custom home designed and constructed by Nieuport General Contracting. As the owner's property was a corner lot with unobstructed ocean views, the challenge of the design was to maximize these views with each wing of the house in a 'V' layout. This home featured a two-story open Great Room with unique glass windowed turrets crowned with glass domes. A private upstairs loft accessible by teleport system afforded some of the greatest ocean views of the house, both inside and on its two private decks. Definitely a home designed for entertaining and private enjoyment of the sea.
