Sphynx Luxury Homes, Featuring the Homes of Nieuport General Contracting, NOW OPEN!

We are pleased to announce that William Zeta (of Sphynx Jazz Club & Real Estate fame) and Nieuport General Contracting have joined forces to release Sphynx Luxury Homes. We have an entire sim at our disposal to display some of our exquisite homes, as well as two Rezzing Bays where visitors can rez and examine all the homes in our inventory, and luxury office space for meeting with clients. At this time we have 19 different homes available for purchase as prefabs with a variety of styles to suit almost every taste and sim. Purchasing is easy, with sales points located in front of every one of our model homes, as well as purchasing options on each of our rezzing vendors in the Rezzing Bays. Our goal is to raise the standard in Second Life, both in quality of homes available in Second Life, but also in customer service. If you have questions, you can contact any one of the Nieuport General Contracting staff. All of our homes come packaged for ease of setup on your land, but if you need help placing your home, we are always pleased to do it for you and help you terraform it in if necessary. We are also able to customize and mod any home in our inventory to meet your expectations and needs. If you don't see anything you like, we offer full custom services for everything from individual homes to full and multi-sim development. No project is too big or too small. We invite you to come explore our sim, and it's not unusual for us to be walking around greeting and chatting with customers.
